Shipping of Products

  1. Shipping costs for orders to Portuguese territory - islands included - are included in the price of the product;
  2. Orders outside Portugal are subject to an additional shipping charge;
  3. In shipments to countries outside the European Union, the user may be subject to payment of customs costs or other charges made by local authorities.
  4. Products will be shipped via carrier or CTT


Order

  1. The ordering of a product is made after placing it in the shopping cart;
  2. The order will be processed as soon as the payment is debited - credited - to our account;
  3. The non-payment 48 hours after the order determines the withdrawal and cancellation of the same.


Payment methods

  1. Products ordered from the Alquimia dos Sabores online store must be paid for using the different electronic payment methods available;

Deadline

The refund of the amount paid must occur if the delivery does not occur after 15 working days from the date on which the amount was received, except if the customer intends to keep the delivery open, or if the reason for the delay was outside the Alquimia online store. dos Sabores (for example: carrier failure and loss of the order).

Order Receipt

Claims
